Network/Application Support Specialist
This position focuses on end-user service and support. Candidates must be dependable and able to work independently in a fast paced environment supporting users in multiple server/network environments. Responsibilities include applications testing and monitoring of day-to-day IT operations, acquiring and maintaining knowledge of relevant applications, support policies and methods of support delivery.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, be self-motivated and have their own vehicle and valid driver’s license. This individual will also have the ability to lift/move computers and other components as required.
Required Technical Skill Set:
· A+ Certification
· Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Server, Windows XP, 7
· Microsoft Office
· Internet Technologies
